Business Relationship Manager

Own and grow strategic partnerships with insurance carriers, financial service providers, and affiliate networks. You'll be the face of StaxiPick to our partners — negotiating deals, onboarding new providers, and driving revenue growth.

What you'll do

  • Source, negotiate, and close new provider partnerships
  • Manage ongoing relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate partner offerings
  • Track partnership KPIs and report on performance
  • Identify market opportunities and competitive insights

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or account management
  • Experience in insurance, fintech, or lead generation industries
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of hitting targets
